What is a habit tracker? 

A habit tracker is a page you use to well, track your habits! On the left side of the page, you write down all of the habits you want to create. On the right side, you fill in a box for each day you have completed that habit. 

Why is it important to track your habits? 

because we become what we repeatedly do. What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while. Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day-in and day-out. Keeping track of your habits on a daily basis makes it easy to remember them and hold yourself accountable.
